🔄 Return Policy & Eligibility

✔ Eligible for Return:

Unopened, unused, and non-defective PPE products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health & safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used PPE products (including gloves, masks, gowns, and other safety items).
Custom or bulk orders (unless defective or incorrect).

📢 Important: To ensure the highest hygiene standards, all returned items must be sealed and unused.

📌 Return Shipping Costs: All returns are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return requirements.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📌 Important: Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Shipping costs, both initial and return, are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is defective.

Need a different size or type of PPE? We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or lesser value.
To request an exchange, contact our customer support team before returning your item.
Exchange shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the item was incorrect or defective.

✔ Step 4: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
