🔄 Return Policy & Eligibility

✔ Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened, unused, and non-defective PPE products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

⛔ Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health & safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used PPE products (including gloves, masks, gowns, and other safety items).
  • Custom or bulk orders (unless defective or incorrect).

📢 Important: To ensure the highest hygiene standards, all returned items must be sealed and unused.

📌 Return Shipping Costs: All returns are at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return requirements.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
